My daughter was captivated with the lovely, vibrant illustrations in Joy Is The Greatest Gift and ejoyed hearing Joyann's message. She sometimes has a hard time dealing with her emotions, and letting them go. Joyann acknowledges these emotions but doesn't let them stand in the way of celebrating life and finding joy in all the wonderful things it has to offer. Her message teaches children to find happiness within themselves rather that from video games, candy or other external pleasures. Joy Is The Greatest Gift reminds children how much hugs and kisses from loved ones mean, and how a phone call to grandma can really make her day. That's a lesson well learned any time of the year!
